Board Policy No. 23 — Railroad Construction Scheduling and Management <br /> 2. Full track closures on the coastal corridor should be avoided during the months of April, <br /> May, June, July, August, and September unless an exception is granted by the Executive <br /> Director. <br /> 3. Full track weekday closures on the rail corridors should be avoided unless an exception <br /> is granted by the Executive Director or his/her designee. <br /> 4. NCTD reserves the right to annul, shorten, or modify a pre-scheduled closure date listed <br /> on the master construction calendar for emergency or exigent circumstances. If a pre- <br /> scheduled closure date is not being utilized for a construction project up to one month <br /> prior the scheduled date, the closure date shall be annulled. <br /> 5.
