FOR BOARD ACTION — CONSENT CALENDAR 1-1 Consideration of Convening a Special Board Meeting on November 9 2000 to Review a Recommendation Regarding the Coaster Contract Procurement (Page 21) Staffs Recommended Action: That the Board conduct a special Board meeting on Thursday, November 9, 2000 at 3:30 p.m. at NCTD Administrative Offices, 810 Mission Avenue, Oceanside, California for the purpose of reviewing a recommendation regarding the Coaster Contract Procurement. 1-2 Consideration of Authorizing the Executive Director to Purchase Services for the Refinishing and Reconfiguring of the Interior Office Space at 311 South Tremont Street in Oceanside (Pages 22-24) Staff's Recommended Action: 1. That the Board authorize the Executive Director to issue a purchase order to Collins & Aikman Floorcoverings, Inc. in the amount of $24,047.45 to replace the carpeting of the District office building at 311 South Tremont Street.
