A-3) <br />That the Board authorize the Executive Director to <br />negotiate a contract with Metro Video Systems, Inc. in an <br />amount not to exceed $380,400.00 for five years service and <br />parts for the CCTV system and four years for the VAPAS <br />system located at the Oceanside Control Center and Coaster <br />Rail Stations. <br />
