COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON AGENDA. <br />A. Total time limit all speakers: <br />Beginning of Meeting: 15 minutes. <br />End of Meeting: No time limit. <br />B. Time limit per speaker per meeting: 3 minutes. <br />C. Priority: First come first served. Al1 Speaker Slips will be <br />numbered as they are received by the Board Secretary. Those not <br />allowed to speak at beginning of ineeting due to limit stated above <br />will be called at end of ineeting. <br />D. Order on agenda: This item will be heard at the beginning of the <br />meeting and if the time limit stated in paragraph A is exhausted, <br />those who filled out a"Request To Speak" slip and have not yet <br />spoken will be given an opportunity to speak at the end of the <br />meeting following Correspondence and Other Matters. <br />E. Out of order: Comments must address items not on the agenda. <br />A-2 <br />
