ADJOURNMENT <br />unTr. <br />All persons wishing to address the Board during a meeting must complete a "Request <br />to Speak" form. These forms are provided in a box next to the Secretary to the <br />Board, and must be completed and placed in the righthand section of the box BEFORE <br />THE START OF THE MEETING. All speakers are limited to three minutes for their <br />presentation. <br />A "Request to Speak" form need not be filled out by those wishing to address the <br />Board on an Agenda item for which there is an official Public Hearing. <br />
