A-2) <br />Information item. <br />(All matters listed under CONSENT CALENDAR are considered by the Board to be <br />routine and will be enacted by one -notion. There will be no separate <br />discussion on these items prior to the time the Board votes on the notion <br />unless members of the Board, the Executive Director, or the public, request <br />specific items to be discussed and/or removed from the Consent Calendar for <br />separate action. A request from the public to discuss an item must be filed <br />with the Secretary, on forms provided, prior to the start of the meeting.) <br />B. ADJOURNMENT <br />NOTE: <br />All persons wishing to address the Board during a meeting must complete a "Request <br />to Speak" form. These forms are provided in a box next to the Secretary to the <br />Board, and must be completed and placed in the righthand section of the box BEFORE <br />THE START OF THE MEETING. All speakers are limited to three minutes for their <br />presentation. <br />A "Request to Speak' form need not be filled out by those wishing to address the <br />Board on an Agenda item for which there is an official Public Hearing. <br />
