A-3) <br />That the Board award a contract to Fraser Engineering, Inc. <br />to develop a drainage remediation plan along the bluff <br />section of the San Diego Northern Railway in Del Mar in the <br />amount of $27,500, and authorize the Executive Director to <br />execute said contract. <br />
