A-3) <br /> That the Board award a two year contract for the purchase <br /> of low sulfur diesel fuel to Jace Oil Company and <br /> authorize the Executive Director to execute the contract. <br /> The award of this contract will replace the contract <br /> awarded to Patten Energy Enterprises in 1991. <br />
