FEDERAL 504 REGULATION IMPLEMENTATION PLAN <br />The Board has been requested by the Comprehensive <br />Planning Organization to endorse a proposed <br />504 Transition Plan, developed with input from <br />District staff, which shows that without full <br />funding of NCTD's capital requests for FY78-74, <br />the District cannot achieve federal mandates <br />for full accessibility. <br />E.
