ELECTION OF BOARD OFFICERS <br />Senate Bill 802 mandates the election of a Chairperson and <br />Vice -Chairperson for the new year. <br />B. RESOLUTION NO. 80-1 <br />TO FILE AN AMENDED APPLICATION FOR FUNDS UNDER ARTICLE 4 OF <br />THE TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT FOR OPERATING AND CAPITAL <br />SUPPORT <br />In September of 1979 the Board adopted an amended budget for <br />FY 80. The TDA claim needs to be amended to reflect the amended <br />FY 80 budget. <br />C. BOARD'S RULES OF PROCEDURE <br />A more detailed Rules of Procedure for the Board have been <br />prepared. Adoption is requested at the next meeting. <br />D. ESCONDIDO FACILITY <br />The District's Architect/Engineer consultant has completed <br />his initial task of developing a set of plans and specifications <br />for the construction of the Escondido facility. Mr. Robert L. <br />Smith, AIA will make a presentation to the Board. <br />
