RESOLUTION NO. 00 -07 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE NORTH SAN DIEGO COUNTY TRANSIT <br />DEVELOPMENT BOARD APPOINTING PIER' ANGELA SHEFFIELD, <br />DIRECTOR OF FISCAL AND SUPPORT SERVICES, AS <br />TREASURER FOR THE NORTH SAN DIEGO COUNTY TRANSIT <br />DEVELOPMENT BOARD <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 00 -06 designated Martin Minkoff, Executive <br />Director, as Acting Treasurer of the Board; and <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Fiscal and Support Services has now been hired. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the North San Diego County <br />Transit Development Board as follows: <br />1. That Pier' Angela Sheffield, Director of Fiscal and Support Services, is <br />hereby appointed Treasurer of the Board. <br />2.
