This <br />DBE goal will be effective October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2018. This submission is <br />required by the Department of Transportation DBE regulations found at 49 C.F.R. Part 26. Your <br />proposed overall goal is 4.6% with a proposed race-neutral/race-conscious split of [4.6% RN 0% <br />RC]. <br /> <br />We have reviewed your revised goal submission, including a review of the methodology and public <br />participation requirements, and determined that it meets the requirements set out in the DOT’s DBE <br />regulations. FTA is concurring on your DBE goal of [4.6%] with a RN/RC split of (4.6% RN 0% <br />RC). The DBE goal status in TrAMS has been updated to reflect this concurrence. Your next DBE <br />goal is due August 1, 2019 for the 2020-2023 Federal Fiscal Years. <br /> <br />In order to preserve paper, we are issuing this letter electronically via email and attached to your <br />profile in TrAMS.
